Our brief was to update the current brand identity and design and launch a new website.
To achieve this, the tone of voice of the new brand was crucial. To successfully position the brand, we needed to convey that Langtons are THE experts in their field. With years of expertise and experience behind them, our new website needed to convey that message in a clear and consice user experience.
Our Solution
We successfully revitalised the brand to give it a new and updated ‘look and feel’.
Extensive user experience focus groups enabled us to simplify the core business offer and in turn fed into the new structure of the website.
A bespoke video was created that sits front and centre of the website and helps to engage our audience from the start of the user experience.
We wanted our audience to find the information they were interested in as easily as possible, and the whole site is responsive and very easy to navigate as part of the new design.
